MySaleGen subscription fees are non-refundable. This policy explains how that works in practice and the narrow exceptions we make.
1. The 14-day trial is your evaluation window
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You can use every feature during the trial without being charged. If MySaleGen isn't a fit, cancel before day 14 from Settings → Billing → Cancel and you will not be charged.
A valid card is required at signup so the trial can roll into a paid subscription automatically. We charge your card for the first period at the end of the trial. After that, you're billed at the start of each new period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you picked).
2. No refunds for paid periods
- Once a period has been paid for, we do not refund unused days within that period — even if you cancel on day 1 of the period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep full access until then.
- Annual plans are non-refundable in full. If you cancel four months in, the remaining eight months are not refunded.
- Pausing your subscription is not supported. To stop billing, cancel; to resume, you can re-subscribe from Settings → Billing while your data is still retained (90 days from cancellation).
3. Seat changes
- Adding seats mid-period is charged immediately, prorated for the days remaining in the period.
- Removing seats is queued for the next renewal. We do not refund the unused portion of removed seats during the current period.
4. When we do refund
We make exceptions at our sole discretion when the issue is on our side. These are the only cases where a refund is on the table:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same period. We'll refund the extras.
- Wrong amount — we charged you more than the plan price. We'll refund the difference.
- Charged after a confirmed cancellation — if you cancelled before the renewal date and a charge still went through, we'll refund it.
- Required by law — if Nigerian consumer protection law requires a refund in a specific case, we honor it.
Refunds are processed back to the original card via Paystack. Card refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days; international cards can take longer depending on the issuing bank.
5. How to request a refund
Email analytixsage@gmail.com with:
- The email address on your MySaleGen account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief description of what went wrong.
We respond within 3 business days. If we agree the case fits one of the exceptions above, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of that confirmation.
6. Why no refunds in general
We price MySaleGen at a level we can sustain with a small team. Card fees, infrastructure costs, and support time are paid whether you use the service or not. The trial exists so you can decide before any money changes hands. Honoring that boundary keeps the price flat for everyone else.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to a charge is the one in effect on the day that charge was made. We'll email account owners when we make material changes and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
